What does it means to be Heart Intelligent?

1) The Individual Heart

• Being aware of thoughts, feelings, sensations or longings at any given time
• Being fully in the body, and having an ‘in the body‘ experience
• Connecting with the energy or ‘juice’ behind each emotion
• Being able to sit with any emotion, and deeply allow it without making it ‘right’ or ‘wrong’
• Being able to choose how you want to feel at any given time
• Feeling more alive, real, present, and connected to my ‘self”

2) The Relational Heart

• Tuning into other’s energetic being
• Being able to read what others are feeling, thinking, sensing or wanting
• Differentiate between what is mine, and what belongs to others (Having well-defined boundaries)
• Understanding hidden or denied aspects of ourselves expressed through others (aka Shadows)
• Being able to love and accept others as they are, without trying to fix them or change them

3) The Universal Heart

• Witnessing all that is arising in nature, animals, planets, mountains, or other beings
• Feeling the electro-magnetic energy, or matrix that connects us all
• Having a deeper sense of belonging, or having a place in a Universe
• Feeling more in tune with the natural rhythm of life and the planet
• Feeling a sense of connection with the Divine and Perfect Intelligence governing  the Universe

4) The Guiding Heart

• Using you Heart as a G.P.S. device to help guide you towards anything you want to achieve, manifest or create in your life
• Allowing Wisdom, Guidance and Direction to be received in a language that can be understood
• Taking Inspired Action with great Courage and Enthusiasm
• Being able to make decisions that feel right

5) The Resonant Heart

• Feeling more present, real, authentic, and heart directed in communication with others
• Being able to be fully ‘myself” when I’m with others
• Listen deeply to what is being said, and what is not being said
• Communicating consciously with others and asking for what I want
• Establishing healthy interpersonal boundaries
• Resolving Conflicts with Others in a loving, and compassionate way

6) The Visionary Heart

• Connecting with the Highest Possibility, Higher Purpose or Vision for my Life
• Learning to set goals that are in alignment with my heart’s desires
• Moving beyond the Resistance to Change, and the Blocks that are stopping me from taking action
• Accessing the Emotional Power needed to effect lasting, sustainable change

7) The Sacred Heart

• Being able to be still, present, comfortable and at ease in the moment with ‘what is’
• Seeing the Perfection inherent in all situations, events, persons or things
• Feeling of Oneness with the Source of all Life/Sacred Energy or Divinity
• Being a channel for Greater Love, Wisdom, Freedom, Creativity, and Compassion
• Having a deep sense or always being Guided, Protected, and Directed in Life
